*Notice:
- By law, winners must be 18 years old to win a long gun, rifle, or shotgun, 21 years old for handguns. Gift certificates of equal value (see calendar), will be issued for merchandise if winner is under age.
- This fundraiser and drawing was originated and will be conducted in the state of Mississippi. All sales, transfers, registration, or involvement ,relating to any of the firearms which are given away, will be conducted solely by Scruggs Farm, Lawn, & Garden, under a Federal Firearms License.
- All applicable State and Federal laws will be strictly followed and adhered to.

- Tupelo Masonic Lodge No. 318 F&AM reserves the right to modify the rules for the raffle / fundraiser, with or without notice, based on the total number of tickets actually sold, out of the 1000 ticket lot printed, or due to availability of specific firearms at time of drawing.
- Tupelo Masonic Lodge No. 318 F&AM will make every effort to post daily winners on our website. A notice will be posted on our lodges Facebook page, to announce that the site has been updated and a link to that post will be made available. The daily post will contain the information for that particular days winner only. All preceding winners will be listed in chronological order, from last to first, on the website. These updates will be added as soon as possible but due to logistics and other issues that may potentially arise, NO specific time for these post are guaranteed.
- At the conclusion of the give-a-way, a complete list of all winners will be posted, which will contain links to each individual announcement.
- Tupelo Masonic Lodge No. 318 F&AM, further reserves the right to change the dates of the drawing, delay or postpone the drawing, make changes to or remove firearms depicted on the "30 Guns In 30 Days" flyer, as well as alter or remove cash values for alternate option of gift card availability from Scruggs.
- All gift certificates will be purchased from Scruggs Farm, Lawn, & Garden, and have no cash value except for use as currency at Scruggs for the exchange of merchandise.
- Tupelo Masonic Lodge No. 318 F&AM will not be involved with any dispute between recipient / winner of drawing and Scruggs.
- Tupelo Masonic Lodge No. 318 F&AM will make every effort to post a timely announcement of winners daily, however, we reserve the right to delay posting or delay drawing based on circumstances that may or may not arise which would hinder our ability to do so.
- However, Tupelo Masonic Lodge No. 318 F&AM, when possible, will attempt to hold the drawing each evening, between the hours of 5:30pm and 6:30pm. There will be a delay in the time that the ticket(s) are drawn and winners are posted on the blog and Facebook.
- These announcements, when available, will provide the name, city, and state, of the winner, along with a photo that is intended to serve as a depiction of the firearm being given away. This photo, will at no time, ever be a representation of the actual firearm, nor will it be deemed as the particular model of firearm which will be awarded. The photo is provided for visual entertainment only.
- By purchasing a ticket to this fundraiser, you are agreeing to the terms of use, all notices, and any disclaimers, issued by Tupelo Masonic Lodge No. 318 F&AM, before, during, and after, the fundraiser. You furthermore, agree to not hold, Tupelo Masonic Lodge No. 318 F&AM, legally liable or responsible for any misunderstandings, misinterpretations, or alterations, relating to the fundraiser, ticket sales, drawing, or redeeming, of said earnings.
- Purchase of ticket(s) are final and no refund, or exchanges will be given.
- This Notice / Disclaimer is not "ALL Inclusive", and Tupelo Masonic Lodge No. 318 F&AM reserves the right to make changes, additions or amendments, with or without notice, as needs or circumstances arise.
